Terms and Conditions

1. I agree to pay a registration fee secure my place and cover the cost of the event.
2. I am medically fit to participate in the event and understand that I enter at my own risk. The organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury or illness that may be caused to myself as a result of the event or for any property lost during the race.
3. I will write on the reverse of my race number an emergency name and contact details for race day and any medical conditions I have, which the race organisers should be made aware of.
4. I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable (even if the event is cancelled due to severe weather making the event unsafe or any other unforeseen reason).
5. I will compete in my allocated number.
6. Entries can be transferred to another runner up until the date published on the website.
7. If I am entering this race on behalf of another person, I am authorised by them to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
8. Under 18s are eligible to participate in the 7k event, with the consent of parent or guardian. I confirm that if I am under 18 years of age on race day, I have the permission of my parent or guardian to take part in this race.
9. Entries for the Blenheim 1-mile junior race is for age under 15 on race day. Parents may accompany very young children along the route if necessary.
10. Entries for the 7k with dog: Entrants are responsible for their dogs at all times. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Entrants bring their dogs at their own risk. If the weather is unsuitable e.g. too hot, dog owners are advised to leave their dogs at home. In this eventuality, entrants are able to compete in the 7k without their dogs.
11. For those joining a team: I am happy for my name and email address to be passed on to the team creator, once I have registered
12. There will be photography and film taken of the events. By entering, I agree that images or video footage taken of me on the day of the event may be used for future promotional material of the Blenheim 7k including on websites, social media, charity magazines and reports, unless stated otherwise. If you want your image not to be used, please contact sarah.airey@thebuzzworks.co.uk (If you are under the age of 18 a parent or guardian can contact on your behalf).
13. I can confirm that the information I have provided on this application form is correct to the best of my knowledge.
